Jon’s career in flooring began at Columbus Carpet in 1994, when he started as a warehouse helper at just 14 years old. Over time, he learned the trade firsthand, eventually becoming a lead installer. In 2007, he launched his own company, HCL, Inc., serving both residential and commercial clients throughout Bartholomew County. With a reputation for expert installation and reliable results, Jon built a career rooted in skill and professionalism. That experience, combined with Sarah’s full-time leadership since 2018, brings unmatched knowledge and care to every project today.
